(3) Related to the following transactions: (a) Violation of applicable laws when displaying personal information of third parties； (b) Support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other “get-rich-quick” schemes or certain multi-level downline pyramid schemes ； (c) Transactions related to the purchase of annuities or lottery contracts, prepaid deposit purchase systems, offshore banking, or the financing or refinancing of debt funded by credit cards ； (d) Selling certain goods before the seller controls or owns the goods ； (e) Payment processors collect payments on behalf of merchants ； (f) in connection with the sale of travelers checks or money orders ； (g) Involving currency exchange or check cashing business ； (h) involves certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or (i) involves the offer or receipt of payments for the purpose of bribery or in connection with corruption.

(4) Involving the sale of products or services that are deemed likely to be fraudulent by government agencies.

(5) Relating to any usage rules that require pre-approval but for which such approval has not been obtained.

13. Comply with local laws and regulations

15. Force majeure and other reasons for exemption

To the extent permitted by law, 94LIVES is not responsible for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs and hacker attacks；

(2) Failure of your or 94LIVES’s computer software, system, hardware and communication lines；

(3) Your operation is improper；

(4) You use this service in a manner not authorized by 94LIVES；

You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter risks caused by network information or other user behaviors. 94LIVES is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, legality of any information, nor is it responsible for the damage caused to you due to infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:

(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content from others anonymously or impersonately；

5. Under no circumstances should you trust us to borrow money, ask for passwords or other online information involving property. If property operations are involved, please be sure to verify the identity of the other party first, and please always pay attention to 94LIVES’s tips on preventing fraud crimes.

16. Effectiveness and changes of the agreement

1. Your use of 94LIVES's services is deemed to have read this Agreement and accepted it to be bound by it. 94LIVES has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page.

2. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by 94LIVES, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by 94LIVES.

17. Change, interruption or termination of service

1. In view of the particularity of network services, you agree that 94LIVES has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time.

18. Applicable legal jurisdiction

1. The place where this agreement is signed is Hong Kong, China.

2. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and disputes and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall apply Hong Kong, China Laws (excluding conflict of laws).

3. If there is any dispute or dispute between you and 94LIVES regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, you should first try your best to resolve it through friendly negotiation.； If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.

4. The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no actual meaning in themselves and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

5. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be repealed, invalid or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions and shall be binding on the parties.

6. Other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement are still reserved by 94LIVES, and you must obtain additional written permission from 94LIVES when exercising these rights. If 94LIVES fails to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will not constitute a waiver of such rights.

If the user is under 18 years old, he is a minor and should read this agreement and use our products and services under the supervision and guidance of a guardian. 94LIVES protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

2. Minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection:
