(5) Relate to any usage rules that require pre-approval but have not obtained such approval.

The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China (excluding conflict of laws rules). If any dispute or controversy arises between you and 94LIVES regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall first strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent court in the place where this agreement is signed for jurisdiction. The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning. They cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement. If any term of this agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, which shall be binding on both parties. Other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are still reserved by 94LIVES. You must obtain written permission from 94LIVES to exercise these rights. 94LIVES's failure to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.
94LIVES attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If the user is under 18 years old, they are a minor and should read this agreement and use our products and services under the guidance of a guardian. 94LIVES protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. Minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using the services, enhance safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection: (1) Distinguish between the online world and the real world to avoid addiction to the Internet affecting daily study and life; (2) Enhance personal protection awareness when filling in personal data to prevent harassment from bad elements affecting personal life; (3) Learn to use the Internet correctly under the guidance of guardians or teachers; (4) Avoid casual meetings with unfamiliar online friends or participating in fellowship activities to prevent criminals from exploiting opportunities and endangering personal safety. (5) Guardians and schools should provide more guidance to minors using the services. In particular, parents should care about their children's growth, pay attention to communication with their children, guide them on safety issues when going online, and prevent problems before they occur. We will not actively and directly collect personal information from minors without their guardian's consent. For the collection of minors' personal information with guardian consent, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information as permitted by law, with the guardian's consent, or when necessary to protect the minor. If facts prove that a minor has registered and used our products and/or services without guardian consent, we will consult with the relevant guardian and strive to delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.
