You understand and agree that during the use of this service, you may encounter risks caused by network information or other user behavior. 94LIVES shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability and legality of any information, nor for the damage caused to you by infringement. These risks include, but are not limited to:

(1) Information from anonymous or impersonation of others containing threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content;

(2) suffer any psychological, physiological harm or economic losses caused or may result from misleading, deception or other reasons for use of the services under this Agreement;

(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.

3. You understand and agree that this service is not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to important areas such as nuclear facilities, military uses, medical facilities, transportation and communications. 94LIVES shall not bear legal liability if the casualties, property losses and environmental damage caused by the failure of the above operations due to software or services.

4. 94LIVESThe right to handle illegal and irregular contents shall be obtained in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. This right does not constitute the obligation or commitment of 94LIVES. 94LIVES cannot guarantee the timely discovery of illegal acts or the corresponding handling shall be carried out.

5. In no event should you trust borrowing, requesting passwords or other online information involving property. If it involves property operations, please be sure to verify the other party’s identity first, and please pay attention to the tips of 94LIVES on preventing fraud crimes.

15. Effectiveness and Changes of the Agreement

1. Your use of 94LIVES's services is deemed to have read this Agreement and be bound by this Agreement.

94LIVESHave the right to amend the terms of this Agreement if necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page.

2. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by 94LIVES, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by 94LIVES.

16. Changes, interruptions or termination of services

It is your responsibility to back up the data stored in this service by yourself. If your service is terminated, 94LIVES can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is terminated, 94LIVES is not obliged to return data to you.

17. The jurisdiction of the law applies

1. The place where this agreement is signed is the People's Republic of China.

2. The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict law).

3. If any dispute or dispute arises between you and 94LIVES regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, you should first try your best to resolve it in a friendly manner.； When negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court in the place where this agreement is signed.

1. 94LIVESPay great attention to the protection of personal information of minors.If the user is under the age of 18, he is a minor and should read this agreement and use our products and services under the supervision and guidance of the guardian. 94LIVES protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

2. Minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness and strengthen self-protection:
