Please note that during the registration process, registering signifies your agreement to the "94LIVES Terms of Service," effectively executing this agreement online by means of registration. Before registering, you must carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions herein.
The 94LIVES website is owned by BRIGHT HUYU (HK) LIMITED.
94LIVES websites refer to, including but not limited to, 94LIVES and other related 94LIVES websites and services worldwide. The ownership and operational rights of all services belong to "94LIVES". The services provided on this website will be strictly implemented in accordance with its published service terms and operational rules. This agreement is established and becomes legally effective between you and this website when you confirm all the service terms and complete the registration process, and you simultaneously become an official user of this website.
Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the services provided by 94LIVES. Your use of 94LIVES's services signifies that you have read, clearly understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Otherwise, please do not use the 94LIVES website and related services.

  1. This agreement is concluded between you and 94LIVES regarding your use of 94LIVES related services. "94LIVES" refers to 94LIVES and its potentially existing operating affiliated entities. "User" refers to the individual using 94LIVES related services, often referred to as "You" herein.


  2. The specific services under this agreement refer to the virtual item transaction products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by 94LIVES to users based on its actual circumstances.


II. Account and Password Security

  1. You may need to set a website secondary password when using 94LIVES's services. 94LIVES specially reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. You shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by poor safeguarding, such as account theft or password compromise.


  2. You shall not assign or lend your account or password used on the 94LIVES website to others. If you discover that your account on the 94LIVES website is being used illegally by others, you should immediately notify 94LIVES and have the right to request 94LIVES to suspend the login and use of that account. Simultaneously, you should provide 94LIVES with your valid personal identification information consistent with the registered information of the suspended account.   7. You fully understand and agree:

  1. When registering, you need to provide at least the email address you intend to use and a password. The system will automatically verify if your email is valid. Your account name is your registered email address. You can modify and supplement your date of birth, gender, name, mobile number, WeChat, QQ, and other related information, as well as change your login password. This supplementary information will help us provide you with personalized product recommendations and a better shopping experience. However, not providing this information will not affect the basic functions of online shopping. After registering with your real identity, if you need to modify the provided personal identity information, 94LIVES shall provide you with this service promptly and effectively.


  2. 94LIVES has the right to review whether the identity information provided during registration is true and valid and shall actively take technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and effectiveness of your account. You have the obligation to safeguard your account and password properly and to use them correctly and securely. Either party failing to fulfill these obligations, resulting in password loss, account theft, etc., causing harm to your or others' civil rights, shall bear the resulting legal liability.


  3. You enjoy the rights and bear the responsibilities for actions taken under your account after login.


  4. Unless otherwise agreed with 94LIVES, you agree that the services are for your personal use only.


  5. You can obtain the 94LIVES mobile client software directly from the 94LIVES website or from authorized third parties. If you obtain the software from an unauthorized third party or an installer with the same name as the 94LIVES mobile client software, 94LIVES cannot guarantee its normal operation and shall not be responsible for any losses caused. You should use the services through methods provided or approved by 94LIVES. The rights you obtain under this agreement are non-transferable. To improve user experience and enhance service content, 94LIVES will continually develop new services and provide software updates. After a new version is released, older versions may become unusable. 94LIVES does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions or corresponding customer service. Please always check and download the latest version.


  6. You shall not use software, plugins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools not developed or authorized by 94LIVES to log in or use this website and its services, or to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the services under this agreement, or to produce, publish, or disseminate such tools.


  7. Your use of the services through the program is subject to certain codes of conduct included in the rules. These rules are publicly available on the official 94LIVES website and are updated periodically. All users must comply. You are obligated to know, understand, and abide by these rules. 94LIVES reserves the right to determine what conduct violates the contract's spirit and to take appropriate actions (including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent account freezing, refusal to provide services, etc.). 94LIVES reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.


  8. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or function of the 94LIVES website, or to any other system or network connected to the 94LIVES website or any 94LIVES server, or to any service offered by 94LIVES, through illegal intrusion, "cracking" passwords, or any other illegal means.


  9. You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the 94LIVES website or any network connected to it, nor violate its security or authentication measures. You understand and agree that 94LIVES's services are provided based on the current state of technology and conditions. 94LIVES will endeavor to provide services, ensuring continuity and security; but cannot always foresee/prevent legal, technical, and other risks (e.g., force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacking, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions) potentially causing service interruption, data loss, or other losses/risks.


  2.   2. 94LIVES fulfills obligations to advertisers according to law. You should judge the authenticity of advertising information yourself and be responsible for your judgment. Except as expressly provided by law, 94LIVES is not liable for losses/damages from transactions based on such information or content provided by advertisers.


VIII. Business Model and Paid Services

  1. Some services of 94LIVES are provided on a fee basis. If you use paid services, please abide by the relevant agreements.


  2. 94LIVES is an online retailer. Suppliers sell goods to the 94LIVES platform, and 94LIVES sells to end-users, acting as the seller in the transaction process. Relevant parties must comply with relevant agreements when using the service.


  3. To place an order using this website, you must have the legal capacity and capacity to act. If you are under 18, you need guardian supervision/participation to register and use this website. XI. User Illegal Acts and Breach of Contract

  1. This agreement is formulated according to national laws/regulations/rules. You must comply with laws/regulations when using the services and not use them for illegal/non-compliant activities, including:
    (1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, storing content harming national unity/security, undermining social stability, violating public order/good customs, involving insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, or violating national laws.     (4) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating advertising/spam;

    (6) Transmitting/publishing illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized information;

  3. 94LIVES may take legal action against violations per reasonable judgment, report to authorities per law; you bear all legal liability.

  5. If you violate terms, state organs may sue, fine, or sanction, requiring 94LIVES assistance. If damage occurs, you shall compensate per law; 94LIVES bears no responsibility.

  7. You understand/agree that if your violation causes third-party claims/demands/losses, you bear independent liability; if 94LIVES suffers losses, you shall compensate.

  9. Payment Commitment. You confirm commitment to use 94LIVES payment services not for prohibited activities below; violation may lead to civil liability:

    (3) Relate to transactions: (a) displaying third-party personal information illegally; (b) supporting pyramid/Ponzi/matrix/other "get-rich-quick" schemes/multi-level marketing plans; (c) related to annuity/lottery contracts, prepaid systems, offshore banking, credit card debt financing/refinancing; (d) selling goods before seller controls/owns them; (e) payment processors collecting for merchants; (f) related to traveler's check/money order sales; (g) involving currency exchange/check cashing; (h) involving credit repair/debt settlement/credit transactions/insurance; (i) involving bribery/corruption-related payments.
    (4) Involve selling products/services deemed highly likely fraudulent by government agencies.
    (5) Relate to usage rules requiring pre-approval not obtained.

  2. Avoid involving 94LIVES in political/public incidents due to service use; otherwise, 94LIVES may suspend/terminate services.


  3. 94LIVES complies with transaction sanctions/embargoes issued by government agencies against specific countries/regions. Thus, certain transactions involving these are prohibited/restricted: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Russia.


XIII. User-Sent/Disseminated Content and Third-Party Complaint Handling

  1. You are solely responsible for content (web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.) sent/disseminated via the services.


  2. Content must have legal source, owned by you or authorized by the rights holder.


  3. You agree 94LIVES may use sent/disseminated content to perform this agreement/provide services.


  4. If 94LIVES receives notice from a rights holder claiming infringement, you agree 94LIVES may independently judge and delete/block/disconnect links.


XIV. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

  1. You understand/agree that service use may encounter force majeure risks causing interruption. Force majeure means unforeseeable, unavoidable, insurmountable objective events significantly impacting parties, e.g., natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, epidemics, storms), social events (war, unrest, government acts). In such cases, 94LIVES will strive to cooperate/repaire promptly, but is exempt from liability for losses within legal limits. Exempted interruptions include:
    (1) Damage from viruses, Trojans, malware, hacking;
    (2) Failure of your/94LIVES's software/systems/hardware/communication lines;
    (3) Improper operation by you;
    (4) Using services via non-94LIVES authorized means.


  2. You understand/agree that service use may involve risks from network information/other users' behavior. 94LIVES is not liable for information authenticity/applicability/legality or infringement damages. Risks include:
    (1) Threatening, defamatory, offensive, illegal information from anonymous/pseudonymous sources;
    (2) Psychological/physical harm/economic loss from being misled/deceived;
    (3) Other risks from network information/user behavior.


  3. You understand/agree the services are not designed for specific purposes like nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation communications. 94LIVES is not liable for casualties/property damage/environmental destruction from software/service failure causing operational failure.


  4. 94LIVES's right to handle illegal content per this agreement does not constitute an obligation/commitment; timely discovery/handling is not guaranteed.


  5. Never trust online requests for loans, passwords, or property. Verify identity for property operations; heed 94LIVES's anti-fraud tips.


XV. Effectiveness and Modification of the Agreement

  1. Using 94LIVES's services signifies reading/acceptance of this agreement. 94LIVES may modify terms when necessary. Check the latest version on relevant service pages.


  2. After modification, continued use signifies acceptance of modified terms. If you disagree, stop using the software/services.


XVI. Service Change, Interruption, or Termination

  1. Given network services' particularity, you agree 94LIVES may change/interrupt/terminate part/all services at any time.


  2. You understand/agree that per legal changes/operational needs, 94LIVES may maintain/repair service platforms (websites, mobile networks)/equipment, causing reasonable interruption without liability, but will notify beforehand if possible. Per legal changes/needs, 94LIVES may modify terms/rules; modified content effective upon publication, superseding prior content. Check announcements/prompts/terms/rules for changes. If you disagree, stop using the website immediately; continued use signifies awareness/acceptance.


  3. For new service versions, 94LIVES may decide to add features/functions or provide patches/updates/upgrades. It may modify/stop/suspend your use of any version, disable installed services, for maintenance/improvement/upgrade/other reasons without notice; not liable for direct/indirect damages from (not) releasing new versions.


  4. 94LIVES may interrupt/terminate services without notice if:
    (1) Required information is untrue/inconsistent with registration without reasonable proof;
    (2) You violate laws/regulations/this agreement;
    (3) Required by law/competent authorities;
    (4) For security/other necessary reasons.
    You are responsible for backing up data. Upon termination, 94LIVES may permanently delete data from servers with no obligation to return it.


XVII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This agreement is signed in the People's Republic of China.


  2. Formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, dispute resolution are governed by PRC mainland law (excluding conflict of laws).


  3. Disputes/controversies shall be resolved first through friendly negotiation; failure leads to submission to the competent court in the place of signing for jurisdiction.


  4. Clause headings are for convenience only, without substantive meaning, not basis for interpretation.


  5. If any term is void/invalid/unenforceable, it is severable, not affecting other terms' validity/enforceability, binding both parties.


  6. Other rights not expressly granted are reserved by 94LIVES; exercise requires written permission. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute waiver.


XVIII. Terms for Minors

  1. 94LIVES highly values protecting minors' personal information. Users under 18 are minors and should read this agreement/use products/services under guardian guidance. 94LIVES protects minors' information per national laws.


  2. Minor users should:
    (1) Distinguish online/real worlds, avoid addiction affecting study/life;
    (2) Enhance personal protection when filling data, prevent harassment;
    (3) Learn correct internet use under guardian/teacher guidance;
    (4) Avoid casual meetings with unfamiliar online friends/events, prevent endangerment.
    (5) Guardians/schools should guide minors; parents should communicate, guide on safety.


  3. We will not actively/directly collect minors' personal information without guardian consent. With consent, we use/share/transfer/disclose only as legally permitted, with consent, or necessary for protection.


  4. If facts prove registration/use occurred without guardian consent, we will consult guardians and strive to delete information promptly.


XIX. Others
