Cancellation Agreement

This cancellation agreement shall apply to the services provided by 94LIVES.COM (BRIGHT HUYU (HK) LIMITED) (hereinafter referred to as "94LIVES") (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

[Special Tips] When you fill in the information, read and agree to this "Logistic Agreement" and relevant terms and conditions as prompted by the cancellation page and complete the entire cancellation procedure, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this "Logistic Agreement". During the process of reading this "Logistics Agreement", if you do not agree to any relevant terms and conditions, please stop the account cancellation process immediately.


1. The first thing you need to know is that the cancellation of an account will have the following impact on you. Your cancellation of an account will cause many inconveniences to your after-sales rights protection. After canceling the 94LIVES account, we will remove your personal information in the 94LIVES system to keep it unretrieval or accessed, or anonymize it. You know and understand that according to relevant laws and regulations, relevant transaction records must be kept in the 94LIVES backend for 5 years or even longer.

1. If you still insist on deregistering your account, you will not be able to log in or use this account (including being unable to use this account as a third-party account to log in to other products), that is, you will not be able to log in/use/continue to use this account with the related products and services of the 94LIVES APP, 94LIVES website, and 94LIVES mobile terminal.

2. Once the 94LIVES account is cancelled, it will not be restored. Please back up all information and data related to the account in the services described in paragraph 1 before operation. We hereby remind you in good faith: Please save the transaction vouchers, bills and other information of the order goods and services, otherwise you will have to pay additional account and order inquiry fees for inquiry, or you may not be able to enjoy after-sales service.

3. During the period of cancellation of 94LIVES account, if your account involves disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigation by the state authority, 94LIVES has the right to terminate the cancellation of this account on its own without obtaining your consent.

4. By cancelling the 94LIVES account, you will no longer be able to use all content, information, data, and records under the products and services of this 94LIVES account will be deleted or anonymous. You will no longer be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use and retrieve, and you will not have the right to request us to retrieve (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise required by regulatory authorities), including but not limited to:

(1) You will be unable to log in or use this 94LIVES account;

(2) The personal information and historical information of this 94LIVES account (including but not limited to username, avatar, shopping history, follow-up information, three-party login account, authentication information, etc.) will not be retrieved;

(3) All records of 94LIVES related or third-party services you use through 94LIVES account, authorize login or bind to 94LIVES account will not be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in or use the aforementioned services. We will clear all rights and interests under this account. All the account balances, coupons, ingots, points, orders and other coupons you have obtained will be cleared and will be deemed to have waived by you on your own and will not be able to continue using, transfer or transfer. You understand and agree that 94LIVES is unable to assist you in resuming the aforementioned services. Please be sure to know other relevant account information you need to unbind before submitting your application for cancellation. For details, please contact our customer service.

 

2. Before you apply to cancel your account with us or during the process of applying to cancel your account, in order to protect your account security and property rights, please check and ensure that the account you applied for cancellation meets the following points at the same time, including:

1. This account is an account registered through our official channels and complies with the "Service Agreement" specifications.; And the account registered for you ;

2. There is no funds in this account, including but not limited to: the balance in the account has been consumed.

3. There are no unprocessed transactions in this account, including but not limited to no uncompleted orders in the transaction;


3. Once the 94LIVES account is cancelled, the relevant user agreements, other rights and obligations signed by us will be terminated accordingly (except if we have agreed between us and you to continue to take effect or otherwise provided by laws and regulations);


4. The cancellation of this 94LIVES account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this 94LIVES account have been exempted or mitigated.
